Leaving home: Te tiriti

Where David-bloody-Haines with the longest degree in history wrote Te Tiriti o Kath raua ko Anaru, which was witnessed by the bbq crowd that came to say goodbye to us at 12 A Hargraeves St.  The first day (we left on the 8th of Feb) I cried five times before we managed to leave Welly at 4pm and catch the train to Paekak.  We rode nine whole km (Andrew fell of his bike twice) along the awesome Kapiti cycle route and then stayed at my grandma Norma’s house.
